Lepidolite Eye Of Horus Carving

This is an incredible piece of Lepiodolite which has been carved and etched with the design of the eye of Horus.

The eye of Horus is an Ancient Egyptian  symbol which represents protection, healing and restoration. This stems from the myth where the God Horus, loses his left eye in an ancient battle but has it magically restored by Thoth, symbolising becoming whole again.

Lepidolite is a stone which is from the Mica family. These stones are extremely fragile and can only be carved when they carry quartz inclusions.

Lepidolite is commonly called the ‘peace stone’ or ‘grandmother stone.’ It is known to bring tranquillity and balance especially in times of need, transition and change.

This stone is believed to have softening energies that can affect your motions and mental state, bringing a soothing and calming energy. It is believed this stone can help us to keep a calm stat of mind and helps us to open up to the world for self-growth.
