The 7 main Chakras:

- Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine, representing your foundation, stability and feelings of being grounded.

- Sacral Chakra: Located just below your navel (belly button). Represents creativity, sensuality, passions and emotional expressions.

- Solar Plexus Chakra: Located in the upper abdomen, at the base of your ribs. Represents personal power, self-esteem, confidence and will power.

- Heart Chakra: Located in the middle of the chest. Represents love, compassion, empathy, and the ability to connect with others.
